ICEC (International Cost Engineering Council) is een organisatie, mede opgericht door DACE. Meer dan 40 organisaties, actief in 120 landen, zijn aangesloten bij ICEC en zij vertegenwoordigen wereldwijd ca 300.000 Cost Engineers. Het ICEC World Congress wordt om de twee jaar op een ander continent georganiseerd.

Het congres wordt voor het eerst in een hybride vorm georganiseerd. Traditioneel komen 400 à 500 Cost Engineers en geïnteresseerden naar een ‘fysiek’ World Congress. We verwachten nu ongeveer 300 experts (max. 700), beslissers en bezoekers, van over de hele wereld, live in Rotterdam en deelnemers online vanuit alle continenten.

Het is voor DACE en alle collega’s in de diverse project disciplines een uniek evenement dat maar eens in de 25 jaar in Nederland plaatsvindt. DACE is van mening dat het verbeteren van de voorspelbaarheid van projecten iets is dat we in de keten moeten en kunnen realiseren. Daarom is het thema voor dit internationale congres: “Predictable Projects in a Dynamic World”.

The organizing committee of the ICEC World Congress 2022

Dear collegue,

As many of you have undoubtedly heard, DACE is organizing the international ICEC World Congress in Rotterdam from 12 to 15 June 2022. 

ICEC (International Cost Engineering Council) is an organization co-founded by DACE. More than 40 organizations, active in 120 countries, are members of ICEC and they represent approximately 300,000 Cost Engineers worldwide. The ICEC World Congress is organized on a different continent every two years. 

The congress will be organized in a hybrid form for the first time. Traditionally, 400 to 500 Cost Engineers and interested parties come to a 'physical' World Congress. We expect about 300 experts (max. 700), decision makers and visitors, from all over the world, live in Rotterdam and participants online from all continents. For DACE and all colleagues in the various project disciplines, it is a unique event that only takes place once every 25 years in the Netherlands. DACE believes that improving the predictability of projects is something that we must and can achieve in the chain. That is why the theme for this international conference is: “Predictable Projects in a Dynamic World”.
